But when I eat too much fat, I store it all in my belly. And when I eat soy protein, I can't stop farting. It's impossible. Those soy farts are more powerful than God herself. That’s probably cause you’re either recovering/have an ED or you’re not eating enough. Vegan food are less calorie dense so you will need to eat way more to get enought calories throughout the day.

Carbs should be your first source of calories (fruit, veggies, pasta, rice, quinoa, potatos…).

Don’t worry too much about protein, you only need approximatively 56g per day and veggies and plant based milk, dark greens can be enough. I barely eat soy or faux-meat and I’m doing just fine. Google best source of protein for vegans and you’ll get a lot of suggestions that are not soy.

Again if you’re recovering, having some tummy problems is very common and your stomach has to get used to having normal amounts of food again.

Fats should be eaten in small quantities for optimal health and come from nuts, seeds, avocado, coconut but you still need to eat some !

  • stronger nails and hair
  • way more energy
  • I’m never sick anymore (I used to get the flu at least 3 times a year and now not even a cold)
  • Skins heals faster and is clearer

Cinnamon Pancakes

Hello Fall First of all, sorry I’ve been so MIA lately but getting back on a tight schedule with school is always hard the first week and I’ve been sick Anyways I’m making time for Instagram again and starting with these {Chunky Apple Cinnamon Cranberry Muffins}

{For 12 muffins :

-3 flax eggs (3 tablespoon of flaxseed and 3 tablespoon of water), 2 diced red apple + 1/4 cup for topping, 3 cups flour (you can use gluten free flour of course), 3/4 cup of applesauce (I used apple and pear for this one cause I ran out of apple), 6 tablespoon of soy milk (or non dairy milk), 1/4 cup of white grape juice, 3 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 6 teaspoons of brown sugar, 2 tablespoon of baking powder, 1 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon (I’m a huge cinnamon fan but you can use less if you think that’s too much),  2 teapsoon of spices (nugtmeg, ginger, cloves), 2 handful of cranberries or raisins.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a glass or very small cup, mix the tablespoons of ground flaxseed with the water. Beat the mixture up with a spoon until all the flaxseed has been covered with water and let it sit while you prepare the other ingredients so it can thicken and gets an egg like texture. Dice the apples and leave the skin if it’s organic and whashed. Put it in a large bowl in which you add the flour, white grape juice, sugar, milk, applesauce, oil, baking powder, spices and cranberries. Stir up a bit and add the flax egg. Strir again until everything is mixed well. Prepare 2 muffin trays with a muffin cups or just use silicone trays (6 and 6 or one of 12 cups) and spoon the mixture onto each cup. Bake in the oven for 20-25mn.

Anonymous asked: Liz-Miu Has vegan cheat days and consumes vegetarian on those days. She isn't "Vegan". She is a strict vegetarian who probably eats plant based to stay healthy, fit and slim. Vegans would never consume animal products because animal products=death.

I just checked and her instagram says she’s vegan and i’ve never seen her post pics of non vegan food but if you say so. Anyways I don’t know if that’s true or not but it’ll be disappointing for me
